Website Fraud

This web page is to provide you with information about a subtle type of website fraud. As a new website builder, you want to build the right website, the right way, the first time out. You should not have to worry about getting worthless information.

The non-technical person often makes the mistake of feeling that if the information sounds good, then it must be true. They feel that if there is any truth to any part of the info, then it must be ok to go with it.

The non-tech person reasons that s/he can also make money fast if others have done it. They read many testimonials about others achieving the kind of success that they want for themselves.

Of course, these individuals are not thinking in terms of probabilities. That is what makes the deception hard to detect. The "statistics" work in favor of the perpetrator. Weather the product and/or information works for you (in particular) is unimportant.

Perpetrators of website fraud essentially provide you with insincere information.

They offer to make you successful. They will show you how to make a ton of money. However, their success has nothing to do with their promises.

They make their money when you part with your money, not because you become successful.

Internet scammers, on the other hand, simply take your money and run. They leave nothing. If they are sophisticated, to avoid the possibility of prosecution, they may provide you with something. What they provide however is of little value in helping you to successfully build a home business website.

With a little "due diligence", you can easily protect yourself from the obvious and blatant scam artist websites. One example is that you can pay for purchases using PayPal, an eBay company.

With PayPal, you can send and receive money, shop online, and use many other services, all without sharing your financial information with each entity. You share it one time with PayPal.

See their privacy policy.

See their About Us page.

While on their website, check out all pages pertaining to their anti-fraud, security, and monitoring procedures. They provide you with a ton of how-to information. Even if you do not plan to use PayPal, you will learn the right way to protect yourself from online predators.

Perpetrators of website frauds do not deliver on the promises they make. They promise services or information to help you do the improbable.

The web is full of this type of intellectual dishonesty. This is especially true when it comes to websites that promote work-from-home, make money on the internet, and other types of online businesses.

They promise you quick success. They promise that you can make tens of thousands of dollars in no time. They promise that you can generate profits automatically. But...

..."Where's the beef?"!!!

Perpetrators of Website fraud provide ineffective information that often appeal to a basic human weakness. Their websites sell improbable dreams. They sell dreams that require little or no work to accomplish. They especially sell dreams of making money fast. To solve your problems, all you have to do is buy a particular product and/or service.

Of course, every so often, dreams come true. That is why so many people become easy prey. Everyone has an eye out (is looking) for that magic bullet of quick success. Others do it, and I can too; or, so the thinking goes.

Remember however, the numbers work in their favor.

You can avoid website fraud when you utilize and associate with sites (companies) that become successful as their clients (you) become successful.

Look for companies that offer proof.

View examples.

Talk to a real person.

Work with companies that exceed your expectations, before you give them your hard-earned money.

Judge for yourself and do not allow the "hype" and desire for instant gratification to sell you.

The hype does not provide you with step-by-step instructions to build a website. The hype is for you to make that purchase, right at that moment, regardless of your specific needs.

In the recent past, successful website building required the use of services from multiple sources. Some companies offered specialized services, while others offered you only the how-to information. Some companies were reliable, while others were not.

Today, there are companies that can provide you with all the website building tools and information you need, from A to Z.

Site Sell is such a company. You can get absolutely everything you need, all the information and all the website building tools.

Go here to see for yourself.
